Is there any particular reason why the HASC codes have been omitted from some recent .shp updates? I first noticed this on Belgium, and have since checked and seen that Luxembourg is the same.
I appreciate that HASC codes are not available for all administrative levels (I have to create my own), but the two mentioned (at least adm1 and 2) do exist.
