The boundaries of the federal territories of Malaysia are missing the MYS_adm* files. The are three territories: The Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (the national capital) was formed in 1974. The territories of Putrajaya (federal administrative centre) and Labuan (offshore financial centre) are more recent creations within existing states.
