I was wondering what the working definition of "Present" is in the valid to and from date fields. My initial thinking is "Present" refers to the boundaries being current with the latest global release. I was hoping for something in the metadata, but no dice.
By the way, this is a wonderful set of data, thank you for maintaining it and making it available. I am sure it is no small task.
